It is a single reservations office serving several geographically connected hotel chains. All the direct calls to each hotel are channeled to the cluster office from where the reservations are made and again redirected to the concerned hotel. A cluster reservation office saves lobour as all reservations are made by a particular office and then distributed. Cross –selling of rooms is possible. Availability of rooms can be matched with their rates.
